Moshi Moshi Musubi - Say Hell, Hello To The Spam Sandwich - Mainland Twists to the Hawaiian Island Favorite
Available on Amazon in print as well as eBook format.
This is my first attempt at a Recipe book - Inspired by the delicious snack from Hawaii, and finding that there were no books on the subject, and thinking there must be more than one way to make Musubi, I set out to create the very first ever published book on how to prepare Musubi at home, for lunchbox or appetizers in hopes of making them as much a mainland staple as they are in Hawaii. The book presents the history of these marvelous snacks, shows step-by-step instructions on how to make the original recipe and then invites the reader to create any of the 20 recipe variations, and hopefully inspire new creations of ones own imagination and taste. As a bonus feature there are links to blogs and videos by other Musubi enthusiasts that are filled with tips and inspiration
